Elly put on the tutu that I had just made for her. Taking it off as quickly as she could, she said:
"Not twirly, not twirly, NOT TWIRLY!!!"
"Twirly" is the most important feature in a dress or skirt, of course.

The twirl factor at our house is called "poofy" and we go through the same routine often about the poof factor of any dress or tutu. I can totally sympathize.
