Elly at Old Navy

Many of the Old Navy stores have these mannequins right inside the front door.  One day Elly noticed the little mannequin girl and said, "She looks just like me!".  She's grown a bit since that first time she noticed her, but she's always kind of been in love with her.  So the other day we snapped a picture.

After the Pool

The kids love going in the little kiddie pool we got this summer.  And they love getting wrapped up in their towels too.

MBA Reunion

Some of our MBA classmates (yes, I said OUR) were in town in July, so we had a big BBQ at our house as a little one year reunion. It was super fun and it made me miss the MBA program so much. What amazing people we met and became such good friends with. What awesome experiences we had together. We will not soon forget how wonderful those two years were!

Elly Quotes - Color Wonder

Elly has some Color Wonder markers and coloring books.  If you're not familiar with these, the markers appear to have no color unless you use them on the Color Wonder paper.  When you do, the color "magically" appears.  Elly and her Aunt Madelyn were playing with them this evening.

Madelyn:  Oh, what are these markers?

Elly:  They're called "Color Wonders" as in, "I wonder where the color is."
