Elly Ballerina

Elly had her first dance class this past year- ballet. My good friend, Emily, taught the class. Elly's best friend ever, Hailey (Emily's daughter), was in the class. They learned all sorts of ballet steps and really got quite a bit better throughout the class. Elly's favorite step is called "échappé sauté", but she also loved Arabesque, Plié, and Bourrée turn, among others. Elly loved going to ballet. I think some of that was because of ballet and most of that was because of Hailey. Here are some pictures from their last class:









Since it was the last class "Miss Emily" gave them certificates of completion. Elly LOVES Emily.


After the class, the girls took some time to play with "Broth"...he LOVED it.
