7 Weeks!

This photo session was rough. It was super dark outside, so I had a hard time getting it light enough to shoot in my livingroom. Also, even though Miles started smiling responsively this week- I could NOT get him to smile. The best one was the second one down, although it's blurry. Elly watched the shoot with Miles with a sad face because I told her she couldn't be in it this week (she came down with the stomach flu last night). So, the last shot is her sad face...it's still a beautiful face, though. Miles is amazing. He is sleeping more at night for me, so I am very grateful for that!
 
 
 
 

Miles Smiles

Miles is getting so big and changing so quickly.  He recently started smiling and "talking" a lot.  Here's a great shot of his smile that Lacy got with her phone.

Miles now weighs 11 lbs. 3 oz...exactly 3 pounds more than his birth 6 weeks ago today.

4 Weeks!

Miles is already a month old, I can't believe it. Still working on the sleeping all day, partying all night problem. Any suggestions? Last night I held him all night and we both slept in the recliner in the great room.
